I am a certified strength and conditioning coach and an expert in business strategy.

I started in one of the hardest niches—helping women gain weight on purpose and build muscle without 'getting fat'. I had to learn how to market without triggering insecurities, master sales without feeling gross, and develop a program that sold the idea that weight gain was not only acceptable, but desirable.  Naturally, this type of program attracted coaches looking for physique development. â€‹

Hey there, I'm Sara.

Hitting six figures wasn't an accident—I got there by leaving behind the overthinking, the imposter syndrome, and the endless cycle of messy action. I got tired of guessing what was next and spending months playing the game of trial and error. So I built a research-backed, strategic system that made sales predictable, content effective, and business growth inevitable so that coaches just like you could stop guessing too.

It didn't take long to realize that most fitness coaches aren’t lacking the knowledge they need to execute—they’re lacking strategy. They know how to coach, but they struggle to sell, structure, and scale their business in a way that actually supports their life instead of consuming it. I found the problem I wanted to solve.

I’m not here to give you tips and motivation—I’m here to teach you how to transform your struggles into structure and develop skills that support your business development.

Inside my 1:1 mentorship program, The Social Strategy, I help online fitness coaches stop winging it and start taking actions that are proven to grow a six-figure business. I combine customized strategy, systems, and social media marketing with high-level coaching to help you attract the right clients, sell with confidence, and build a coaching model that will progressively increase your revenue and is sustainable long-term. â€‹

The pressure to succeed intimidated TF out of me.

Back when I was first building my online business, I wasn’t afraid of failure—I was downright intimidated by the idea of having to maintain the level of success I was reaching for.

I knew the pressure it came with because I had already built several other six figure businesses.... and upkeep was exhausting. This whole fitness coaching thing was a totally different challenge because it required me to actually KNOW something. â€‹â€‹

"let's be honest, selling cars and watching houses professionally wasn't rocket science"

It was so overwhelming that I felt like I had no idea what I was doing or what came next. I was always guessing —I faked it. I obsessed over every tiny detail about how I showed up, and not because I was worried about  mistakes, but because of the thought of someone seeing through me and straight into my self-doubt and uncertainty. That pressure was exhausting.

Everything I built felt small in comparison to the people I saw online. Some days, I’d spend 13 hours glued to my laptop, convinced that if I just worked hard enough, I could close the gap. Other days, I was drowning in avoidance, questioning if the hard work was even worth it.

I see so many coaches stuck in this same cycle. Overthinking every move, doubting their value, and waiting for something—anything—to prove that they’re doing it right. But success doesn’t come from looking like someone else who’s already “made it.” It comes from knowing exactly what you bring to the table—and having the strategy to sell it.

That's why I don't teach people what I did. I deliver strategies that turn your first draft into the finished product you expected in the first place so that you can actually grow your business.

If you don't know who you are as a coach, how can you expect your audience to trust you?

One of the clients I have been working with for the last year, absolutely loved her job. But she also had an identity crisis every other week. One month, she was a weight loss coach all about high intensity and meal plans. The next month, she was a body building coach promoting structure and habit building. Her niche was undefined. Her offer was confusing and inconsistent. Her branding was a mess. And her audience caught on—they saw her programs change, her prices get lower and her marketing become desperate.

Your online presence should be as dialed in as if your business was a physical storefront—you need consistent branding, a clear message, and a program that doesn’t change every time you feel unsure

If you don’t fully believe in what you’re selling, no one else will either. You need a clear, structured framework that outlines your program all the way to the solution your audience is looking for.

I built Coach Alli a blueprint that outlined the path to her desired outcome-- getting conversions. Together, we locked in her niche, refined her offer, and built her marketing around a mix of what her program provided and what her ideal client needed to hear to invest.

Today, she's got a waitlist and she is authentic AF.

.....yet prior to her time with me, she hadn't gotten a single client in over a year of promoting her program.

Unlike Alli,  Hannah had a solid framework and an education that made her an expert in her niche. It wasn't that she didn't have structure, it was that she wasn’t treating her business like a business.

Instead of integrating a marketing strategy into her content, she just casually showed up on social media as herself, sharing bits and pieces of her fitness journey. There was no clear objective. No authority. No program. She had built an audience of people who liked her—but all they saw was her, not her business.

When she first started working with me, she hadn’t signed a single paying client in over a year. And even worse, she was actually giving away coaching in exchange for testimonials, hoping that somehow, it would translate into sales.

It wasn’t until we restructured her messaging, refined her content, and built an actual marketing strategy that things started to change. Note, it didn’t happen overnight. Because when you do a hard reset on your online identity, it’s like you're starting fresh with 0 followers—your audience has to rebuild with buyers, not just people who love your content for free. It may time, but when you have a strategy built by a professional, it works.

Then there was the coach who had an education that topped most of the professionals you see online.

They start paying you.

In eight months, she went from zero paying clients to a full roster. When you start showing up as the CEO of your business—not just a person with a business—people start taking you seriously. And more important than that?

So now you know, I know what it feels like to try to scale without a strategy & I've provided solutions to coaches that get results.

I’ve turned my experience into a program that helps coaches like you stop feeling like a fake, recruit a custom strategy, and build an online business that consistently attracts clients so that you can scale quickly and sustainably.

Are you ready to get results?
